1- How do I get one of your cat trees?
You can order your favorite model right here on our website, or by texting, calling or emailing us and we will have it ready in 10-15 business days. We will require your phone number and at least 50% deposit to start your order. We will text/call you when your cat tree is ready for pick up/delivery. Done!
OR - Come see our in-stock trees at the STORE! We always carry a few items that are readily available for you and your feline(s).
2- What are the payment options?
Right now we accept credit cards, e-transfers, paypal and good old cash (in-store only, or for second half of deposit)
3- When and Where do I pick up my order?
Depending on our workload, an order may take 1 to 3 weeks to be completed, once your unique cat tree is done, we will text you. Pickup is from our store (8500 Macleod Trail SE Calgary) or choose delivery (additional fee applies, see below)
4- Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver orders over $60:
Anywhere in Calgary once a week, usually on Saturdays = $25
Towns around Calgary = $30
Other areas around Calgary, please inquire.
Edmonton, Red Deer and towns en route - last Saturday of the month = $40
Cutoff time for orders from Edmonton and surroundings is one week before delivery.
We will leave the cat tree outside your door and ring the bell

6- What is your return policy?
We will repair structural problems within the first two weeks. Due to hygiene concerns (pet hair, dander, oils, etc.), returns are otherwise not accepted. We understand that circumstances can change, so refunds will be processed if the cat tree has not yet been manufactured. Returns and refunds are not available for orders originated outside of Calgary city limits or for customized items.
7- What materials do you use in your cat trees?
We use locally sourced wood and new carpet remnants from our installer friends. All other ornaments, ropes, staples, toys, glues, screws, etc. are also new.
8- Can I customize one of your standard cat trees?
Absolutely! Tell us your ideas; we can customize all of our designs. Every change or extra item in your cat tree will be an additional fee. Talk to us for more details.
9- Can I send you a drawing of my idea so you can build it from scratch?
Yes! Send us your drawing and we'll provide a quote. Custom cat trees generally start at $200
10- Do your cat trees come apart? I need to transport them in my car
All our cat trees are made of solid wood and are very well reinforced so your cats can do whatever they desire on top of them. With that being said, no, they don't come apart and we recommend bringing a hatch-back, SUV or a truck for pickup.
11- So the carpet colours change every week?
Yes, since we work with carpet remnants, we use whatever carpets are currently available at our local supplier, they always carry different shades of the most popular house carpet colours: Cream, Beige, Light Brown and Grey. This means we can't guarantee specific colors, but it also means savings for you! However, if you want a specific color, you can bring your own carpet. We require approximately 100 sq ft of carpet to make a tall cat tree. We don't show carpet colors because of this reason.
12- What type of ropes do you offer?
Choose between our standard 1/8” (0.3 cm) diameter JUTE rope for $10, or our premium ¼” (0.6 cm) diameter SISAL rope for an extra $20, or go full carpet for no extra charge.
13- What is the footprint of the Cat Posts?
Our small cat posts have a footprint of approximately 24x18" ; Our medium and large cat towers have a base of 20x24" with a footprint of approximately 24x30"; and our 2 largest models, the Cat Condo and the Penthouse, have a base of 24x24" with a footprint of approximately 30x36" .
13.1- General Measurements:
Top platforms are usually 14x14", our beds are also 14x14" inside, middle platforms are 24x12" and the bottom platforms are either 20x12" or 18x10", bases are usually 24x20” but can also be 24x24”. BUT, remember we can modify any of our standard models to fit your and your feline’s needs. The above measurements apply to standard models.
Fairy Trees have bases of 24x24” for models up to 5 feet tall, or 30x30” bases for models 6 feet tall or more, the footprint may be larger depending on add-ons.
14- Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! We offer gift cards in any amount, and any gift cards over $500 will receive a 5% discount.

Yes, we do offer wholesale deals to Pet Stores. Emails us for details.
